Just had the best PT session of my life at Select Physical Therapy in Newbern, NC. Robert is a total legend. I’ve been dealing with major shin issues for years, and he actually figured out what was wrong — something no one else has caught. I felt better almost instantly. Super knowledgeable, down-to-earth, funny, and easy to talk to. Can’t recommend him enough.

Professional and courteous staff, quiet atmosphere. Robert took the time to talk with me and listen. After brief evaluation he was able to determine what was causing my back issue. I left visit pain free! Looking forward to treatment plan he recommended. I’m already recommending him to family and friends.

A new place. You always wonder. What is it going to be like? Will I like it? Will I like the people? I did like the people. They were all friendly. My first meeting was with Michael. Almost immediately, he knew what was causing my pain. He asked questions and wrote down all of my answers. He even planned for my next visit. He told me which machine would work the best for me. Now, I must be candid. My husband has been going here for a while now. He told me that the person assigned stays with him for the entire hour. They do not put you on a machine and then walk away and work on somebody else. To me, this is amazing! I have never seen or heard of this practice. There is no other place I have been to where the person assigned to you stays with you the entire hour. This is indeed a unique place. This is a place that more people need to SELECT for their physical therapy.

I worked with Robert for my evaluation and Samantha the rest of my therapy. I didn't think my back would feel so much better in 4 weeks. But they made it happen. I appreciate yall Very friendly environment. Definitely recommend.

All of the therapists and staff were very knowledgeable and tops in their field. They are very friendly and really care about their patients. The atmosphere during the sessions is one of professionalism but at the same time puts patients at ease and instills a feeling of confidence that the patient’s physical issues will get better and success will be achieved. If I have any future medical issues I will definitely return to Select! You enter the journey as a patient but leave as family.

Katelyn, Ryan, and Courtney are incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful therapists & people! When I walk in it’s like coming home. Cindy & Jake are so welcoming… a great first impression! I highly recommend this PT office!
